Fulfillment and shipping

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days USPS first class parcel. We are not responsible for any delays through USPS (example: bad weather) or lost packages on their side.

We only offer domestic and International shipping to Canada at this time.

Custom orders and turn around time

I do accept custom orders. Please contact me for pricing info. Custom orders take 2-4 weeks to complete and must be paid in advance.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of each item, we do not accept returns and all orders are final. However, if you should have any issues with your product, please contact us withing 24 hours of receiving it. I inspect each product thoroughly but mistakes can happen. Should your Lovey or Plushie have a stitching issue, Id be more than happy to replace the product after the defective product in back in my possession. Please contact me for details.

Safety

By the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), it is recommended not to let small children sleep with blankets or toys until the age of one. It is your child and your decision to let your child sleep with our products. I will not be responsible for injuries do to negligence
